Traditionally served as an appetizer or snack, it would also be a great breakfast or breakfast-for-dinner recipe. The presentation is beautiful and the little packets are fancy enough for brunch or a bridal shower. I can’t wait to make these.

Thin strips of steak are stuffed with salami, fresh herbs, and a hard-boiled egg then simmered in a seasoned tomato sauce until tender.

I confess I’ve never made pickled eggs before but with our chickens laying so many eggs, this recipe is on my must-make list!

Cajun Pickled Eggs

These Cajun Pickled Eggs from Unique Cooks are delicious with their tangy, spicy, and salty flavors. If you love spicy food, you’ll love this recipe that combines Cajun seasoning, a vinegar brine, and hard-boiled eggs. The eggs make a great appetizer or a sandwich stuffing.
